The SAWC Fall 2012 will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center in downtown Baltimore, MD. Blocks of rooms are being held at the hotels listed. These hotels are situated in downtown Baltimore, approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) and within walking distance of major shopping and entertainment. Register early and book your hotel when your registration process is complete.
Hotel Reservations
Registration for SAWC Fall 2012 must be completed before hotel reservations will be accepted. Please note, hotels will not accept reservations directly. Once you have completed your registration process, you will be directed to secure your hotel room. You may also call 800-282-6632. Hotel Reservations Deadline
Reservations must be made by Thursday, August 16, to ensure confirmation of the special SAWC Fall 2012 rates. One night’s deposit plus tax is required to hold your reservation and is nonrefundable for any cancellation. Additional guest charges may apply for more than two occupants per room — check when making your reservations.
