SAWC Hotel and Travel Information:

GAYLORD NATIONAL HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER
The SAWC Fall 2009 is being held at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. This
hotel offers 2,000 stylish guest rooms, including 110 suites. Every room features high-speed
wireless internet access, two phones, in-room coffee service, a refrigerator, iron and ironing
board—you can even charge your laptop in the in-room safe while you’re away.

Please note: the Gaylord National will not accept reservations directly. Once you have registered for Fall SAWC, you will be directed to housing.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Changes/Cancellations to your room reservations can be made by contacting each hotel directly.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departure after that time is subject to a full-day charge.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
To make airline reservations please call HMP Travel at 800-237-7285 ext. 218. Please note, there is a $35 per ticket charge for this service.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from the Reagan National Airport and within a 45-minute drive from Dulles and Baltimore Washington International Airports.
Gaylord National offers express shuttles to and from the Reagan National Airport. This service departs every twenty minutes from Gaylord National's front door to the Reagan National Airport, and every twenty minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim. Reservations are recommended, but tickets are available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport near the baggage claim.
