Making your room reservations is easy. Simply register for the symposium and book your room online for immediate confirmation.

Hotel Reservations Deadline
Reservations must be made by August 22, 2009. One night’s deposit is required to hold your reservation and is non-refundable for any cancellation.

Changes/Cancellations
Changes/Cancellations to your room reservations can be made by logging back in with your acknowledgment number.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time for all hotels is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departure after that time is subject to a full day charge.
